RETURNS: If returning merchandise from the USA, please indicate on your return mail that this is 'CANADIAN GOODS, BEING RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER'. If this is not done, Canada Customs will not allow the shipment through without expensive Duty and Excise Taxes, and we will not be able to accept the shipment.
SHIPPING TIME: Please allow four to six weeks to complete custom jewelry orders.
SHIPPING: We ship by Express Post within Canada and UPS to the USA. Deliveries usually take 4 - 10 business days depending on your location. Fedex next day shipping is also available for slightly higher cost.
